When you respond to my ad, please answer the following questions in your email to me. If you do not answer these questions, you will not get a response.
1. When are you looking to move? Do you need to give your landlord 30 days notice? Do note the availability date.
2. Why are you considering a move from your current residence? Be as specific as possible.
3. Do you have any pets? If so, what kind? If you have a dog, please email me a photo.
4. Do you have the funds to move at this time?
5. If you have Section 8, please let me know that you have sent this ad to your case worker and that your caseworker has agreed to the rental rate. Your caseworker will have provided you with a page that shows what rental rate you are entitled to. Please email that to me also.
6. If you are working with an outside organization to provide move in funds, please let me know if you have contacted them to check if they will provide move in funds BEFORE you move in. I do not take funds AFTER you move in. Also, let me know what organization you are working with and who the case manager is.
7. What is/are your source(s) of income(s). How much did your HOUSEHOLD (this means all people who had income THAT WILL BE LIVING IN THIS UNIT) earn in the last 12 months?
