My partner and I are moving to Boston and out of our 2-bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor apartment in the Old North End (washer / dryer in unit, parking spots included). We would like to sub-lease it from as soon as possible to June 2020, with the option to renew the lease of course. See below for pictures. The apartment is newly renovated and really nice.
It's also super close to Church Street, but on a quiet side street and really cozy.
