We've got a big bedroom open in our shared house which is open starting September 1st. You would be living with two friendly housemates. The place is right near Radio Bean. Just a half block from Pearl Street.
We're looking for a person who's ideally laid-back with a creative side. Musicians, painters, writers, philosophers, students, etc.
This is an amazing location on North Winooski Avenue.
Rent is only $1000 per month (plus deposit). Electricity is extra and runs about $35 a month per person.
While our house is a fun and social environment, please know that there is no smoking, no hard drugs, no heavy drinking, and no weapons of any kind welcome at the house.
The room is located on the third floor of a three story building. Our unit encompasses both the second and third floors.
