Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 1-bath first-floor apartment in Burlington’s historic Old North End, offering a great mix of space and location. The apartment opens into a large living room that leads to a spacious primary bedroom with new flooring and a large closet. Just off the living area is a roomy kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and gas stove, with a full bathroom nearby for convenience. On the other side of the kitchen, a sunny second bedroom features its own large closet. Tucked away in a charming neighborhood yet close to Burlington’s restaurants, shops, and downtown, this apartment offers comfortable living with easy access to everything.

Pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets allowed with approval. Cats and small dogs (30 lbs or under) are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
Rental Criteria:
Income Requirements*: Rent cannot exceed 35% of your gross household income, and total debt cannot exceed 50% of your income. If using a voucher program, these limits apply to your portion of the rent.
Credit Score*: At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
Rental History*: A minimum of one year of formal rental history is required.
Clear background check
Lease Length: All of our rentals are a 1 year lease term unless stated otherwise.
*If you do not meet these criteria, you may be asked to provide a cosigner. Cosigners must meet the credit score requirement, clear background check, and have a maximum rent-to-income ratio of 33% and a maximum debt-to-income ratio of 50%. Cosigners have to submit their own application.
