The apartment is located right down the street from Taco Gordo and is a few minutes walk to Jake’s ONE market, a 15-20 minute walk to UVM campus, and about a 5-10 minute walk to Church st.
You would be taking over my lease with Bissonette Properties, who have a 24/7 call service and has taken great care of me over the past couple years that I’ve lived here.
