This is a dual-floor unit in a large house near the center of Hinesburg. It occupies the full downstairs and some of the upstairs and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. (The other unit is a small 2 br with a connecting door that can be locked. That unit is also for rent for $2100)

The house can be rented as a whole (for a total rent of $4500 without a 2nd kitchen), or divided into separate leases by the room. Feel free to contact us and let us know what you are interested in. Future uses of the barn could be as artist/musician work and performance space. Owners are involved in the arts and would be happy to help manage and coordinate events and other uses of the barn space. (Additional rent for that may be necessary based on the desired use.)
