The apartment has a parking spot and private entrance. Rent is $1500/month plus a monthly flat fee of $300 which includes all utilities, including high speed internet (wireless and hardwired both available), unlimited heating and cooling, electricity, trash removal, snow removal, etc. Enjoy this beautiful 23 acre property with woods and wetlands during summer, the changing leaves during autumn, and lovely winter walks by the creek.
