For the winter, we're booking guests starting on January 1, 2026. The rent is inclusive of everything (electricity, internet, heating/cooling, etc.). There is a minimum of 30 day rental at $1000 a week (not month) for one bedroom. You can also start mid-month and leave mid-month as well.
The Barn was completely renovated in 2024 and includes a brand new kitchen, custom island, new flooring, totally renovated bathroom, carpet and paint.
The Barn is surrounded a network of private trails, has a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks and Green Mountains and is 100% powered by solar energy. We live the in house next door.
The Barn is available until mid-May 2026 at $4000 a month for one bedroom. Renting the Barn as a two bedroom, two bathroom unit is an option as well (the second bedroom & bathroom can also be "locked out" from the one bedroom). The Barn is also currently listed on a popular vacation rental website.
