2-bedroom furnished house for rent for about 5 weeks, from September 20 - October 28, 2025. Architect's house on top of a waterfall in the Historic Mill District of Waterbury. It's a park-like setting, 5 blocks from a historic downtown in epic-center of Central Vermont, with restaurants and brew pubs 15 minutes to Stowe, 20 minutes to Burlington, Stowe and the Valley. This is an unbelievable property with its own swimming hole and deck hovering over it. All utilities and internet are included in this is a short-term rental.

One queen bed in primary bedroom and the second bedroom on the ground level, accessed by an outdoor circular stairway. Second bedroom is fine for a second adult or older kid, but not for baby as it's basically a separate unit below. There is laundry and drier, 1.5 baths, electric car charger, a covered deck and a second outdoor shower.

Would accept a rental for majority of time @ $150/day, but best is the full month @ $100/day. (This is a $350/day Airbnb)

I will expect full payment for the month ahead of time + $300 damage deposit.
