Fully furnished, short-term rental through the winter and spring months (Nov. though May can be flexible). Bright, light-filled, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The barn has other apartments within it. Everyone that lives here is respectful, kind, quiet and considerate of others. There's a clawfoot tub, wide pine board floors and it's full of rustic charm. It is a very quiet and serene place to live. We are on 5 acres and are surrounded by conservation land on two sides of us making it feel very private. Lovely walks any way you go, close to black mt. trail and the west river trail, about a mile down the road. 12 min. to Brattleboro, Newfane and Putney. 35 min. to Mt. Snow. The rent includes heat, hot water, electric, WiFi, trash, recycling, parking and plowing. We are open to letting well behaved animals live here too. There's also plenty of space for gardening. Rent is $2,300/month. First and Security. Possibility of a well behaved pet.
*I do not allow any smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
