Rental Criteria:
Income Requirement: Gross income must be 2.5x–3x the monthly rent amount, or 2.5x–3x your portion of rent.
Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 from at least one applicant (or a qualified cosigner).
Credit & Background Check: All applicants over the age of 18 will be screened with a credit and background check.
Formal Rental History - at least 1 year (or a qualified cosigner).
Please note: Any cosigner must meet all rental criteria and qualify independently.
