Utilities:
Catamount Lane: You would be responsible for Gas, Electric and Cable/Wifi.
Ethan Allen: You would be responsible for the internet.
What’s included:
Catamount Lane: Sewage, Trash, Recycling, Compost
Ethan Allen: Electric, Heat, Hot water, Sewage, Trash/Recycling/Compost.
Laundry:
Catamount Lane: There is a coin-based laundry room
Ethan Allen: There is a coin based washer & dryer in each building shared with 4 apartments.
Parking:
Catamount Lane : One off-street parking space is included.
Ethan Allen: One off-street parking space is included.
Storage:
Catamount Lane: Storage cage available for rent 4x4 for $50/month or 8x4 for $85/month – subject to availability.
Ethan Allen: Available upon request.
Animal Policy: Maximum of 2 animals allowed. $250 deposit per animal. There is an additional animal rent of $60 per month per animal. ESA and support animals are not subject to fees. No breed or weight restrictions.
