Brand new heater, I bought this unit by mistake but when I tried to return it, they wouldn't accept it because I didn't have the box. This unit have a very good reviews for the efficiency and how long they last.
Have a small ding on the top side of the unit made by the store at the time of me to pick it up, but that doesn't affect any part or the functionality of the unit.
I paid more than $ 2500 for this unit at Ferguson Home and I'm selling it for $1850. Excellent deal for a brand new heater unit!!
