Used Bevles Pica proofer. I got this unit at auction from a Barre bakery more than I’m selling it for. It works great, except for the fan in the heater unit doesn’t work, so the bakery had a small fan they ran inside to circulate the air. They did it this way for several years, and it works great.

Universal extruded pan supports will accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens, including 2 half-sheet or 1 full sheet pan per level.

Clear Lexan doors with heavy-duty hinges

User-friendly, bottom mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment

Temperature range from 60° to 120°F (16° to 49°C) while the water reservoir holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters)

Self-draining feature for excess moisture collection below the cabinet. Includes pan to catch any drips.

Equipped with heavy duty plate swivel casters with 5" neoprene wheels

This unit sells for a little over $3,800 new.
