I recently secured these chairs and many other items from a now defunct waterfront cottage court on Lake George. They are original to the court and the circa is like late 40s-early 50s (?). The frames are solid maple. The upholstery is commercial grade. It is quite worn. The finish on all is worn. The wood is in really good condition. Depending on the beholder, they can be used as is or refurbished. I feel I have left enough value to make a refurbish viable. With the chair backed up to a wall the measurements are like 25.75" w X 27.75" d X 30.75" h. The seat height is like 18 ".

Cash and pick up at my home located in the town of North Chittenden 05763 (Rutland County).

My full name and where I live are clearly posted. I request the same info from a prospective buyer before I will allow an appointment to visit my home. I do not meet anyone anywhere without a deposit. Delivery is also available with a nominal fee. Delivery available to within 275 miles of Rutland, Vermont 05701. Deposits are confirmed via my Paypal invoice.
