A rare find in wool rug art. This set of rugs is from the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey in the area Malatya. These two exquisite pieces were acquired by me in the 1980's. They are what is know as a bag face, and are wool on goat hair weft. Very special and beautiful and an exceptional price . Enjoy and thank you for stopping by to admire or acquire.
