This set of ice cream making equipment includes everything that you would need to make (from scratch) and sell ice cream by the pint or the scoop. Included is a Micro Dairy Design 5-gallon vat pasteurizer used to make your base. This pasteurizer was last tested by the State dairy inspector last month, and has always passed. Next, you can run your base through the 16-quart hard cream machine (it takes 13-16 minutes per batch). This unit is very clean and in good working condition; it runs on single phase electric (220v). Once your ice cream is made, you can pour it into 3 gallon tubs, which are included, and put them into the hardening cabinet/dipping cabinet. The hardening/dipping cabinet has a light and holds 6 one-gallon tubs (showing 4 with 2 in storage). You can also portion ice cream into paper pint containers (included) and store them in the frozen merchandiser (which has a glass front and is lighted). Also included is the twin cone press so you can make your own waffle cones. Everything needed is provided including the metal pots, scoops, water well for the scoops, waffle cone forms, extra seals and gaskets, charts for the pasturizer, I will even give you the base recipe, if needed.
