Selling the New Rad Rover I purchased. (I have the bill of sale as proof).
In visiting the RAD website prior to posting this ad, be advised,......I find that that my RAD is the beefier high-step model with a split/dual support frame that RAD no longer makes. They now make -only- a low-rider model with basically only a single support structure for this model RAD.
The frame (Charcoal Gray) on my RAD will equate more to a motorcycle frame than one for a pedaled/e-powered bike.
Has adjustable front shocks and front and rear disc brakes.
It has 2.5 miles of use on it. Yes, that is it. Not a typo!
I purchased this RAD and had a ladder accident very shortly after receiving it that is still affecting my right ankle strength and sadly, no plans to use it for now. It's time to part with it.
It is in like-new condition. Stored in my heated garage and fully protected. Zero scratches. Zero use other than the first day it was set up and briefly ridden (2.5 miles) to be sure it was running fine upon receipt.
The clear protective film used in shipping is still on the two LCD displays (as you'll notice in the photos) to keep the lenses protected.
I also purchased a 2nd RAD ROVER battery for this model.
With the tariffs, a new battery now for the current RAD ROVER is almost $600!
Both of my Lithium 48V batteries are at peak 100% condition!
This model RAD specs at up to 25-45 miles per charge depending on how much assist versus peddling is done. With two batteries used, that's about 50-90 mile range!
Also included is an optional heavy duty luggage rack made by RAD for this model.
Adjustable heavy duty left and right mirrors were also purchased for this along with a wireless remote Bike alarm.
Included are the manual, TWO batteries, Charger, Battery wall mounted holder, Tool Kit, manual and paperwork.
My price is firm and priced very fairly compared to this same version w/ accessories new plus 6% tax you'll pay, especially in getting a second battery included.
No replies to lower offers. Test rides are ok, but, to be done in my backyard on soft grass to prevent any damage due to a fall.
No tire kickers looking/curious to just try out a RAD. Serious buyers only please.
