Bike chain was lubed and brake cables were loosened and oiled and wiped and made usable again.
It does shift into the gears but the chain really needs to be replaced, It is usable as gears 1-6 and the front 3 but gear 7 on the rear really skipped bad. 14 inch frame 26 inch wheels.
5 ft 4 could ride it but ideally shorter would be better.
It was given a better seat than it had. Price is the value of the shifters to Me but will sell the whole bike as is for the posted price.
