For sale is a rebuilt/upgraded Diamond Back Approach with True Temper frame. Upgrades include True Temper Handlebars (so good!), new cable housing and cables, new Sunrace Thumb Shifters, new stem, new FSA crankset, new cassette, Bontrager race wheels, new Schwalbe Smart Sam tires, Liv saddle. New bottom bracket, new chain, New Kasybag handlebar bag, new Tektro Oryx canti brakes and brake levers. New comfort grips. New matching blue reciprocating bike bell. Bike also comes with Cygolite rear bike light (only the mount is shown in photos).

This bicycle has been fully serviced and rebuilt with love and attention to detail to be far superior than the original stock Approach model. BB was chased, headset repacked. Great ride feel and ideal for gravel and rough roads. 2x8 plus range drivetrain (decent climbing gears without sacrificing top speed!). I have never seen this particular paint job. It's a silvery gray with sky blue squiggles so it's likely a 1993 model year frame. It's not cosmetically perfect but the frame is sound. This is a curated rebuild and price reflects the numerous quality components that went into it. Total weight is 24 lbs. Would describe as between small and medium.

It's ready for another 32 years of joyous travels.
