Selling my Cr-Mo 1997 Specialized Rockhopper FS. For a vintage steel Rockhopper this particular bike is in excellent condition. Frame is nearly spotless with 1 or 2 small blemishes. Rock Shox Indy C's. Bought from original owner 3 years ago who said they rode it twice in the late 90's and it sat in their basement ever since. Both original tires still had all of the tire hairs. Selling because I am also guilty of letting this bike just sit most of the time.

Everything works well, drivetrain is in great shape, and I've put less than 50 miles on it in the time I've been the owner. However for lack of use I'm sure a simple tune-up wouldn't hurt. Looking to pass this on to someone who appreciates middle-aged bikes in fantastic condition. Open to offers.
