Evinrude Model 4416, 2 HP outboard motor. It is a 1947, based on the serial number.
Everything turns when I pull the cord but it needs some work to get it going again.
I was given this motor ( and two others) by the widow of a friend. I know very little about it, but it looks amazing!

Would make a great winter project or hang it on the wall at your camp on the lake!
