Do you have some open land for an off grid tiny house? We are an outdoorsy couple in our 30s living the off grid life in our self converted city bus tiny house. We are respectful, clean, working professionals, no pets, and looking for a new place for our tiny house. A quiet private setting, level/dry, open area with good exposure to sun for our solar, mainly for through the winter. One heat source is wood for our woodstove. We are currently on the edge of a hay field for $250/month. Since we are fully off grid we do not require any kind of hook ups so even a dry field works.
