If you live in the Valley you have probably seen ads/flyers for the Mad River Root Chakra Specialist. I won't name her name here because she googles herself constantly.
I can't speak to her "awakening your 3rd eye" work, or her seminars on "trepanning your aura" or her "navigating the work force as a fully grown indigo child" workshops. Those might all be great.
But her "Open your Root Chakra" one-on-one sessions leave much to be desired.
If you look at the news or scan Twitter or Grindr or what have you, it becomes immediately clear that almost everyone on this big blue marble we call spaceship Earth is operating with a completely closed root chakra. We're tight. We're shut off from the world. Physically, mentally, spiritually, anally, etc.
If you were blessed with the ability to open and widen and tap into your own root chakra by yourself: good for you. Not all of us are so lucky.
That's why I was thrilled to discover the Mad River Root Chakra Specialist ads. I can honestly say I looked forward to opening my root chakra more than anything in my whole life.
I booked my appointment and prepared extensively to have my root chakra completely blown open.
This "specialist" certainly seemed to live up to her big promises at first. Her chakra station was well appointed with the standard tinctures, liniments, linens, tissues, crystals and sanitary napkins.
She put on some deep cut Enya on vinyl, very clinically asked me to disrobe and THAT is where her professionalism ended.
I was expected to mount the chakra opening station without assistance. In fact, she refused to touch me at all. She would not help me place the chakra opening speculum. She would not spray my root chakra with lubricants, not inside or out.
She rolled her eyes when I asked for a hand and was on her phone almost the whole time. I don't even know if my root chakra was fully opened! She wouldn't take a picture and send it to me, or position the mirror so I could get a gander.
I had to clean myself up after I finished!
$800 for this?
I'm hoping this scam warning will prevent other people from getting ripped off by this Root Chakra "Specialist."
As far as I'm concerned? She's just a lady with a bunch of butthole torture stuff in her garage. If that's what your into: save yourself a bundle and just do it yourself. For the rest of us who want a true root chakra opening experience, don't fall for her scam!
