Pay: $16 – $22 / hour (Starting pay based on your current skills)

About the Job:
I run a local handyman and property maintenance business. No two days are exactly the same. We do everything from drywall patching, sanding, and painting to organizing workspaces, minor carpentry, assemblies, and general home repairs.
I am looking for a reliable helper to assist me on job sites. You do not need your own truck or vehicle for work—I will provide the ride from our meeting spot to all daily job sites. If you are eager to learn the residential trades, work hard, and don't want to sit behind a desk, this is the perfect role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting with drywall hanging, taping, and sanding (expect some dust!)
* Prepping rooms for paint (masking, taping, protecting floors) and rolling walls
* Loading/unloading tools and staging materials for the day's projects
* Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe while we work
* Helping with various other random hands-on tasks too numerous to list
What I’m Looking For:
* Reliability: You show up to our meeting spot on time, every time.
* Attitude: Ready to learn, takes direction well, and has a strong work ethic.
* Physical Stamina: Able to handle full days of physical labor, lifting, and standing.
* Basic Skills: Ability to read a tape measure accurately and safely use basic hand tools is a huge plus.
