Crooked Ladle, a catering company and restaurant dedicated to creating community-centered food experiences, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our Front of House team in Middlebury, VT.
**The Role:**
We are looking for a highly motivated, and experienced server who is available to work at least three days per week.
**Compensation **
* **Hourly Rate:** Between $27-$32 per hour.
* **Catering Opportunities:** This position includes significant opportunities to work catering events, which offer a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus participation in the tip per event
**Expectations:**
