The Bench is looking for line Chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers to join our fun, talented, and welcoming team; people who want to work hard, learn, and feel a sense of accomplishment after service. Any experience is a plus but we are happy to train the right candidate. Lots of growth opportunities exist within our restaurant group and we love to watch our team members grow and succeed. Compensation starts at $18 an hour for dishwashers and $20 an hour for line Chefs and prep cooks, as well as a bonus program paid out in each check based on to-go sales.
