For sale is a carbon steel cooking griddle, also known as a "discada" or "plow disc". This one is veteran made by a company called southwestdisc.com. These are shallow dished griddles which allows you to move your food around to different temp zones, etc. If you have never heard of them, look them up. Super popular in the overlanding, camping and tailgating communities. This one is the 18" model.

Also included is an adjustable height high power propane burner, around 65000 btu. , a griddle storage bag, a cooking lid, and a dished metal spatula.

This griddle is seasoned and ready to use.

I bought for a trip that never happened and only used it once to test it out. It was awesome.

Can meet in St Albans or Burlington depending on schedules

New price for disc, burner and accessories is over $250.
