This sectional is in great overall condition and is an Ashley three piece with nailheads as a design. It is a beige color and from a home with a small pet as well as smoke free. It measures 125x100 and is clean.

Free delivery = to your home.
Free entry = just inside the first-floor front door (porch steps okay).
No basements, 2nd floors, or raised ranch levels included.
Garage/covered drop-off is free.
Curbside only if near Church St. Burlington or if driveway can’t fit a truck + 20 ft trailer.
