This sectional is in great condition and is made of six pieces that can be removed or rearranged as needed. All the cushion covers are removeable and washable. This is an official LazyBoy and is super comfy. As shown, it measures 150 inches by 140 inches, and again, this can be arranged as needed. It is free from any smells and only has minor shows of use. From a pet-free, smoke-free home, it is very, very clean.
