$100. Come and take it away. I got this when a Rent-A-Center closed a while back. Huge L-shape, very comfy, lots of sleepovers on this couch. It was in a smoker's home while rented and has one small cigarette burn hole on a cushion from before we got it. The smoke smell is long gone. We need more space.

This must go out the back door and down the back deck stairs. The doors will need to be removed to do so, so only serious inquiries are considered. You will need at least three able-bodied adults to assist with this, along with transportation.
