This solid set has little wear and tear for its age, which I am guessing is about fifty years. A few superficial blemishes, nothing deep.

Heavy construction, solid oak, no plywood. Massive pedestal; adjustable feet. Two of the chairs have arms. Not a single loose joint in table or chairs. The 18" leaf, poorly pictured, is similarly clean. With normal care, another fifty years.
