You may ask. Aren't many people giving away their pianos? ABSOLUTELY! They do that because they do not own a BALDWIN.
If you own a BALDWIN, you have an incredibly made piano. One that does not have to be given away. It is highly sought after still. Other still popular brands include Yamaha & Steinway. All generally selling $400-2000 depending on condition
This piano is in fabulous condition. I have research the serial number on this Baldwin to find out the year. As near as I can tell it is a 1977.
Take a close look at the soundboard, hammers, keys. All in great condition.
It will need to be tuned with any move to its new location. That is normal. It sounds good now.
This piano has a humidifier in it.

MOVING: You should have professionals move this. It is still heavy apx 400 Lbs. We do have piano dollies and this piano is on the first floor and can be rolled outside to the parking lot.
