I bought this futon new from Burlington Mattress Co. less than one year ago for $500. It has been lightly used as a futon couch. It is in gorgeous condition. I have no pets, and get very little couch time!
Reason for selling: I want a smaller couch for my studio apartment.

Does NOT include the futon frame - I am only selling the mattress.
