Consider H. Willett wildwood cherry, dropleaf Gateleg Farmhouse barley twist dining table. It is crafted from solid cherry wood sourced from Kentucky and North Carolina. "Barley twist leg design was achieved through skilled hand-turning on a lathe. Because Willett used a signature hand-rubbed wax finish rather than heavy stains, the natural grain and color of the solid wood (which darkens over time) remains the primary aesthetic." The Willett company was known for making high quality fine furniture, in Louisville, Kentucky. The current Willett market prices list the table as selling for $1,100 - $1,300.
The top was recently refinished by a professional. The table is in very good condition for its age, and all parts work fine.
The top is 26” long with the drop leaves down. Each drop leaf is 18" wide, so the table opens to 62" total. It is 40" wide and 29 1/2" high.
It comes with two chairs. One has a stain, as shown in the picture.
