Chicken-keeping family seeks long-term rental (Johnson)

My kids and I keep a small flock of therapy hens who are a huge part of our daily lives. I have been looking for a few weeks, but have not yet found a suitable rental that would allow us to keep them.

I am looking for housing on an established farm, or a flexible landlord who would allow our laying ladies.

We would help with farm chores and property upkeep on a farm. Otherwise, we need a house / apartment with enough outdoor space for our 6 Buff Orpingtons. They live in a 5'x10' enclosed coop and run. They don't free range, so that wouldn't be a requirement.

One of my children has special needs and has an 8'x8' custom-built gazebo to help with safety needs. This structure could be shared with other tenants in a common outdoor space.

I am looking at around $1,500 - $1,900 for monthly rent/ housing expenses. I have a long-term landlord reference and would have incoming proceeds from selling my trailer. However, my family must relocate before it can be sold. For the right home, I would agree to prepay a number of months of rent from the proceeds of the sale.

We live in Lamoille County and are also interested in Orleans, Caledonia, and Essex counties / the NEK.
