We are a quiet, long-term couple (ages 45 and 38) currently looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, cottage, or similar rental in Vermont. We have a Housing Choice Voucher and are ready to move when the right place becomes available.
We are clean, responsible tenants who do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. We’re very respectful, easygoing, and looking for a peaceful, stable place to call home long-term.
We do have a 9-year-old service dog with full medical documentation. He is extremely well-behaved, calm, and fully trained.
We can provide excellent references from prior landlords and have a strong history of reliable tenancy.
We are open to several areas including Brattleboro, Montpelier, Morrisville, Burlington, Rutland, and surrounding towns.
