Vintage Carving Knife, Wusthof Ham or Roast Beef Knife, 12 1/4".
This excellent knife has barely been used. It is fully forged, and has three rivets holding the blade tightly into the handle. The carbon steel blade is sharp and has no pitting or rust, and you can clearly read the logo. The logo shows the trident and says
Ed Wusthof
Dreizackwerk
Solingen Germany

There is also the numerals 185 12 on the blade.

The wooden handle is in excellent condition and shows the trident as well. Overall length 18".
