The castings are extremely handsome, among the very best I have seen advertised on the internet. The nickel plating has faded away and left a nice antique patina. The cast iron stove top and cast iron grates are in very good condition. This stove has been in the second story of our barn the last 30 years. It is in very good condition but the firebox needs to be relined before it is put back into service. This is a good old stove with many years of service and pleasure to offer.
