* Part Time or Full Time Summer job or year-round for the correct candidate.
General Duties:
* Push Mowing & weed whacking 4 APT buildings and QHC pool club, along w parking areas.
* Maintain Mulch beds around 5 buildings and 5 parking areas.
* Maintain 4 parking garages, parking lots, 4 dumpster enclosures clean swept.
* spot check and assist with Maintenance 4 lobby areas - Clean swept and orderly
* Assist w exterior pool club grounds maintenance and Mulch beds of club
* drive a Diesel Kabota tractor - loader (can train) not required but a real plus
Optional extra for more hours weekly!
* Assist in installing LVP flooring in the apartments .
easy to learn... this can add 20 hours plus to your weekly schedule sometimes and
makes for a good rainy day project.
* optional other hours work the seasonal Club House Cafe
