Scope of Work Includes:
✅ Lawn mowing and edging
✅ Weed removal and shrub trimming
✅ Debris and trash removal
✅ General exterior upkeep of residential properties

Requirements:
✔ Must have your own equipment (mower, trimmer, etc.)
✔ Ability to complete work on time and upload photos for verification
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Smartphone or tablet for work order updates
✔ Must be dependable and detail-oriented

Preferred (but not required):
✔ Experience with property preservation or landscaping
✔ Ability to cover multiple service areas
