ProPainting101 is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, listens, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
The work includes:
* Interior and exterior residential and commercial painting
* Protecting floors, furniture, landscaping, windows, and surrounding surfaces
* Masking, taping, and setting up work areas
* Pressure washing and surface cleaning
* Scraping, sanding, and feathering peeling paint
* Caulking, patching, minor drywall repair, and surface preparation
* Priming, brushing, rolling, and spray application
* Painting walls, ceilings, trim, doors, siding, decks, porches, and other surfaces
* Working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when required
* Moving equipment and lifting paint, ladders, and supplies
* Daily jobsite cleanup and proper tool care
Applicants must:
* Be reliable and arrive on time every scheduled day
* Have dependable transportation
* Be comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights
* Be able to handle physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
* Follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
* Respect customers, their homes, and their property
* Work well with a crew and maintain a professional attitude
* Keep the jobsite organized and clean
* Communicate if a problem comes up—no unexplained absences or no-call/no-shows
* Arrive sober, ready to work, and prepared for the day
Pay is based on experience, dependability, work quality, and productivity. There is room to grow for someone who proves they can be counted on.
