compensation:I'll pay per unit. I've been told they may take 5 to 10 minutes each and so compensation would have to be worked out between the two of us as to what is fair and reasonable.

Hello,
I'm hoping to go into production of making a small tool that needs TWO steel components welded onto another piece of steel. I don't have this experience. I'd be willing to pay per unit and will supply all the materials and of course guide you in what the finished product needs to look like. It's a very simple project but I'm hopeful that these will sell and that anyone who reaches out to me will be willing to embrace the project and watch it grow.
I'm at the start of putting the business together and I think the product will do well in Vermont especially seeing that it'll be handcrafted here from upcycled materials and other natural materials. I'm a generous individual and if things start to get rolling and you are with me on the ground level, I'm sure that if you are the right fit, motivated, detail oriented, focused and a team player, that we can work together going into the future.
Serious inquiries only... Thank you for your time
ps. I'm willing to buy the filament that goes into the welder, I've been told a MIG welder will do the job so if you have one of those then we are in business. It's a delicate project and so it may take a little practice to get right but that's where the detail of your welding skills will come in.
