Beautiful spruce top, rosewood back and sides. Dovetail neck joint, mahogany with volute. All the braces, binding,
purfling, rosettes, and parts are here. Blue(white)print included.

I bought this from CF Martin in 2016. Due to health and aging problems, I won't be able to build this one and I want to pass it on to someone who will enjoy building this great guitar. Not for the faint of heart. $500. is firm. ( Today, you can't buy this for less than$700.)

ALSO, there is a custom assembly form I bought to do this guitar with, never used. $100.
