Looking for a practice spot for a band, 1 night a week (Burlington)

Hi there :)
My band is looking for a spot to practice, probably one night a week, but flexibility would be appreciated. Let me know if you have a spare room to rent out one night a week! Preferably we would be able to keep our gear safe there, but not a necessity. We are respectful, responsible, and most importantly, sound good!
