Part - Time Administrative Assistant
AGA, LLC is a small boutique accounting firm specializing in small business accounting and tax preparation. Our services range from A/P, A/R, Payroll and Bookkeeping functions to Monthly Financial Statement Preparation, QuickBooks Training, Business Analysis and Tax Preparation.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to answer phones, scan, copy, fax, perform bank and post office runs, order office supplies and possibly assist in light bookkeeping duties. No experience necessary, but preferred. Looking for this candidate to start as soon as possible working Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm.
Candidate must have the ability to stay on task, work independently, interact with clients as necessary and happily assist 4 other accountants in the office when needed.
Candidate would be required to work out of our Morrisville, VT office.
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Proficient with office equipment including computer, copier, scanner, fax & phone
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work load
1-2 Years administrative experience
Job Duties Include:
Faxing, emailing, scanning
Maintenance of electronic files as necessary
Creating labels and mailers
Order office supplies
QuickBooks Data Entry
Client and vendor interaction via phone, fax & email
Prorated Vacation Pay
Simple IRA (After 3 months)
Based on experience and paid on an hourly basis. Please submit hourly pay requirements.
Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
