I would only need the space no more than 3-4 hours a week (8 - 9 am or 5-6:30 pm)
Two large windows.
The building is near a residential area and has a large parking lot for no hassle parking.
There is a kitchenette available to heat up food and a water cooler for delicious H2O.
Three shared bathrooms.
Historic building is shared with other businesses, including attorneys, graphic designers, accountants, architects, and insurance agents.
We have a waiting room shared with an attorney just outside the office.
Sorry, we don't have an elevator, but we do have an accessible small conference room on the first floor that is available to all tenants of the building, and can be reserved for use.
Other businesses in the building have dogs that remain in their offices, and are not disruptive.
Of note, this sublease would not allow animals to remain in this office due to allergies.
