We are looking for a coffee maestro and chef or baker to lease the Kennedy Brothers cafe/restaurant. The goal is to have a local bakery/café providing a comfortable, inviting customer experience, with some unique offerings to draw people to the location. The café can offer breakfast and lunch fare, some home baked goods and great coffee and espresso. Dinner and catering are possible as well. There are about 42 tenants in the office building, plus daily visitors. The space works well for meeting, catering, hanging out and chatting in a dramatic atrium space with 33 foot ceiling and historic old boiler. The 3,000 square feet (on two floors) is within 15 minutes walking time of Downtown Vergennes.

The cafe has seating for about 50 inside. There is a large outdoor patio with 4 tables and 22 chairs. No fire suppression hood in kitchen. Two 30” ranges, dishwasher, ice machine, two large refrigerators, chest freezer, many sinks, steel tables, refrigerated sandwich station, grab and go cooler, espresso machine, coffee machine, tables and chairs, plates, cups, knives… The kitchen is about 400 sq feet, with room for expansion with new construction.
