This unit is part of a 4 unit development. Each building has 2 units. The other building has been fully restored and one unit sold for $390,000! Great location, 700 feet off RT 11 on a private road less than 1 mile to Bromley Mountain. Great view of Bromley as shown in lead pic, wonderful hiking to 7 ponds, local trails, and about one mile to the Appalachian Trail. Surrounded on three sides by The Green Mountain National Forest and State of Vermont Forest Land is across the road from the entrance to the driveway!
Ok, so why so cheap? I had purchased the unit with idea to fully rehab and sell or rent. The foundation on my side was fixed, but the foundation on the other side has fallen in and with it compromised mine. My unit has been stripped and new subfloor installed. Electric is about 80% done and is working. Many plumbing parts and some tubing ready for install. Tiles, lighting, composite decking, plumbing, doors, toilets, sinks, hardwood flooring, windows, firewood, and many other pieces/parts available.
Perhaps you could get the owner of the unit nextdoor to sell to you or agree to develop the units together. I can't as I'm out of money and just need to move on.
