I am an experienced Administrative Assistant and Accounts Payable / Receivable and payroll person for 4 companies.

I am looking for companies that need Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable data entry into their accounting system, vendor statement reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and/or payroll. Experience with Mas200 (Sage100), Quicken, and Quickbooks. ADP Payroll and even MVP insurance.

I currently have some week days available some evenings and Saturday mornings. My role would be as an outside vendor not employee. Can work onsite locally or remote. Per Diem, Temporary and long term assignments are accepted. Prefer companies in the Barre Montpelier area but will consider others nationwide.
